We require 72 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide us with this notice
will result in a charge for the appointment*

Any guess 15 minutes late or more will be considered a no show. No shows are subject to be charged 100% of the
service missed*

Refunds on retail are allowed within 2 weeks of purchase and must be more than half full. Retail products can
be exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase and must be unopened. There are no refunds on services provided.*

We do not have the space for additional guests such as children, friends, partners, etc. to hang out while you
are receiving a service. *

We guarantee our work with proper maintenance and home care. If you are ever disastisfied we will get you
back in within 2 weeks of the original service and make it right. Our top priority is to make sure you are happy. *
