I saw Nay for a cut and a balayage. She absolutely knocked it out of the park. She paid such close attention to every little detail and really put the extra mile into sectioning out my hair into fine sections so that everything looked extremely natural. She lifted my hair back up to the brighter blonde that I had been struggling to get back to after moving from my long time hair stylist back in my home state. For the cut, I showed her some pictures of haircuts that I had really loved over the years and she recreated them seamlessly, I honestly feel uplifted after this because I feel like I left there looking exactly how I had in mind when I went in, which I owe to her great attention to detail. The salon itself is in an awesome location right in the middle of town and it's very lovely inside. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was also thankful for the air conditioning on the hot summer day that I was there ha. Another thing I noticed is that the owner was there and was acting as a mentor to all of the employees and doing a really great job of it. I think that speaks to the quality that is going into this salon. Everyone there seems to be working together to create the best experience possible and it shows. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I have 4ft of hair (not extensions) that had been dyed black with box dye. I needed help transitioning my natural blonde grow out into the permanent black color. I was rejected by two previous salons who told me they did not have the tools for such a project. At Legacy Hair Co, Aracely did my consultation and strand test. During this process, Aracely not only listened to me very intently, but also gave me realistic expectations, great feedback to meet me in the middle, accurate pricing, and was genuinely excited to take on such a project. Day of appointment, Aracely and Alayna not only made my experience wonderful, relaxing, and fun, but they UNDERSTOOD the assignment! 8 hours in the chair and not a single negative vibe the entire time, even when we all realized we needed a few more hours than originally thought. My hair transformation was such a project that the entire salon was consulting together, excited for me, and contributing to help make sure I got the best results possible. All staff genuinely care about the quality of their work and make sure every client leaves happy. After leaving the salon, I feel like myself again and wake up everyday feeling not just like a snack, but an entire meal! I got my hair bleached over the summer and had been really missing my natural ginger color. I’ve always been told it’s really hard to get my hair color when dying hair so I never really considered it because I worried it would be too different from my natural color. Blonde is a tough color to maintain and requires proper, attentive maintenance, and trust between client and stylist. I trusted a dear friend's recommendation and scheduled with the owner Caryn. Immediately, she treated me as though we'd known each other for years. We discussed my concerns; she listened openly. And this next part is key... the communication was on point. She heard me, and was deeply honest that with the state my hair was in, it would take 2-3 sessions before it would 'right' itself. I knew that with one visit, my hair would improve drastically, and continue improving as our relationship continued. Caryn appreciated from me my direct communication with her and we left nothing misunderstood. Hair cannot always be fixed overnight. OBSESSED..with the Salon. I was visiting from LA and had just recently had my hair highlighted. The color was just off and way to brassy of a blonde for me. My hair is so silky smooth! I had a Brazilian Blowout done by Jessica this past weekend. The process, while a longer service, is pleasant and painless! And wow... the results!! I wish I had taken better before and afters, because the change in my hair is incredible. It didn’t take out my natural curl, but it smoother and controlled them. It has cut my air and blow drying time in half at least, and my hair is shiny without a touch of product in it! Amazing salon!! Everyone who works there makes you feel right at home. They always offer you hot tea/coffee or water. They use top of the line products for hair and for lashes! You leave with your hair feeling silky smooth and just how you wanted! I always see ‘Cheryl’ for both hair and lashes and she always does a great job with whatever task i put in front of her! The stylist, Caryn, spent time listening to my concerns. She is highly skilled. I now have the best hair cut ever! The wind blows and it falls back in place without using a brush. Everyone at Kaur Lounge is upbeat and welcoming. The lounge is upscale and spotless. I made my first appointment after seeing a perfect cut on a waitress. I asked where she got her cut and she said people ask her all the time.

In fact - I moved down to Mukilteo 3 years ago and I still drive over an hour each way to see Caryn and team for my routine services.
